Add your favorite pieces to your rental list, choose your service area and send us your event details. We’ll review your date, venue, quantities and service needs before preparing your quote.
Does adding an item reserve it?
No. Your rental list is a starting point for a quote. Inventory and your booking are confirmed separately by GNS Event Rentals.
Are the prices final?
Displayed starting rates are estimates for a 24-hour rental. Final pricing, rental duration, delivery, setup, taxes and any minimum rental requirements are confirmed in your personalized quote.
Can I request delivery and setup?
Yes. Select your preferred service in the quote form. We’ll confirm what is possible for your venue, event and market. Delivery and setup charges are quoted separately.
Do DC and DFW have the same inventory?
Inventory and service options may vary by market. Select the correct service area when browsing and requesting a quote. Listings marked “Confirm with quote” require availability review for your location and date.
Do you support Nikkahs and Walimat-ul-Nikkahs?
Yes. We welcome rental requests for Nikkahs, Walimat-ul-Nikkahs, weddings, cultural celebrations and other special occasions. Share any ceremony or venue requirements with your request.
What are your deposit, cancellation and damage policies?
GNS will provide applicable booking, payment, cancellation and damage terms with your quote or rental agreement. Review those terms before accepting a booking.
Are flowers and styling included with the arch?
The arch listing is for the frame rental. Florals and decorative styling shown in photos are inspiration and are quoted separately.
